I have had my credit card stolen 3 times... and had a gift card balance stolen after using it here today...100.00 taken after taking it inside to use. This is criminal

Claudia was the lady working the register and she was VERY RUDE. I purchased a cup of ice, Gatorade and gave her two winning lottery tickets. Instead of her giving me my money, she told me that I owed her 6cents, I gave her a dime and she gave me back 5cents. I asked her, are you going to give me my money from the winning lottery tickets and she tells me no, she just took it out of what was owed to the register.
