RecommendedWe have gone to AutoBell a couple of times and always leave extremely unhappy. Tonight we drove to Salisbury after work in Concord just to get to Sams. It was well worth it. We are so pleased with the speed and quality of the work at Sams on Innes.

I have been a loyal Sams customer for over 3 years now. I have taken my car there for oil changes, washes, inspection, etc. My husband took it this morning for my inspection and they failed it for window tint. However, they did the inspection last year and passed it no problems, and were able to pull that up in their system. We took it somewhere else and they read it with their meter and it was within legal range. Took it back to Sams to show them and they did not care, or think that it may be an issue with their meter. Really dissapointed with a $15 car wash. Tried you today after a trip up north. The whole idea was to get the salt off the car. Extremely poor rinse, there are salt spots all over and the rear door is covered. I won't waste my money again.
