Recommendedi thought it was great pizza. used to go there all the time when i lived on the north end
I ordered a large ham and pineapple pizza...lightly browned cheese (because last time it was barely cooked!) and cut into squares. It had about 3 pieces of ham and 6 pineapple pieces on the whole large pizza..which, was charcoal on half of it. NOT cut into squares. Not impressed and will not be back. It tasted like decent mozzarella cheese on a cardboard box. I also took pictures of it.
Super cheap great food. Great service too. Cannot believe I haven't been here before. Will be back again and often.

best MEATBALLS, period! nobody in the area should eat at any other PIZZA place (especially a chain)...I've traveled around this great land and have never found a MEATBALL as good as SAM'S PIZZA in Springfield, Illinois and of course their PIZZA is the best...SAM'S PIZZA is 1st...there is no other good PIZZA place in springfeild...they are all garbage compared to SAM'S PIZZA...people are weird, the decor is awesome!
