Sam is prompt, friendly and provides great customer service. He always follows through. I highly recommend Sam. He is the only one I'll call when I'm having tech issues!
Sam is the best at computer repair! I've had him fix a few problems on a couple of laptops and also my kids' laptops. He's quick to get things fixed and replies promptly when I have an issue with one of my laptops. Highly recommend!!
Great service1!! I had a broken screen on my laptop and I had ordered a new screen, he thought I could use one more part just incase it was needed in the process of changing. I ordered it and he did not need it so he did not charge me and he took the part. It took him about 10 minutes!!! I had another guy who had my laptop in his hands and her told me $100 to change it because it could take hours... pft!!! Took this guy 10 minutes and I knew it would from watching it done on youtube! I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND SAM!!!
He has always been dependable, he is the only one I would have come out to fix any computer problem.
I've never had a problem he couldn't fix!
