I ordered a kid's chicken fingers and fries for my son using Grubhub, and this is what shows up. Soggy cold wet fries, and there were only like 13 of them. A terrible first impression of a place that's so hyped up.

ordered chx bowl & chx not fully Cooked..rice ^ beans myshy..manager comes to say he can assure chx was fully cooked though pink in middle..server not friendly..been here many times but was disappointed with everything today..best part was the view..

We absolutely LOVE Sam’s which is why I was so excited to order take out from them during the pandemic. What a disappointment it was to open up our food to such a disgrace. I ordered chicken tenders with fries. I received four very small tenders buried under BLACK limp French fries that looked like they were found at the bottom of a dumpster.
