The hotdogs are to die for. My husband got “The Big Nasty” and said it was the greatest hotdog he’s ever had. The homemade sweet tea is also made fresh daily and is incredibly yummy. They also have a drive thru which is a plus if you need a to go order. Great food, cute atmosphere, friendly service and overall a great place to grab a hotdog before the beach if you’re in the Wilmington area.

Wonderful hot dogs and some of the best hot dog chili I’ve ever had. The spicy chili sauce is my personal favorite. It’s just right, not too spicy yet has just that perfect kick of spice. I’ve always ordered my food at the drive-thru, so I cannot tell you what it’s like inside. Remember, it’s called Sam’s Hot Dog Stand for a reason, that’s their specialty.
