Just awesome
The technician named Chris came out. Really friendly guy - was knowledgeable and solved the problem. Made some great recommendations if we were to consider getting a new system- as ours is 30 years old. I would definitely call Sams Heat & Cooling again for service or for a quote for a new system.
Our new air conditioner was just put in. Joe and the folks I interacted with were professional, efficient, and helpful. Joe made sure everything was done precisely and went over everything we needed to know. Paulo contributed as well, and the new unit looks fantastic. Thank you guys, and I will recommend you to anybody who needs air conditioning assistance.
They responded with in Monopoly two hours to my emergency and fixed my heating and cooling system ok. They were reallying I helpful and professional. Without a doubt, I'd use them again!
