We had our upstairs floors sanded and refinished and the finish was not even and after an attempt by other floor guys to fix we called Sam, Sam came in same day to look at it for us and knew exactly the issue, he and his team came back within a week or so and hand buffed them and put a new coat of finish on them and they looked perfect, he then came and did our entire main level with a full refinish job. I’ve hired sams flooring numerous times now, each time I’m still shocked at how the floors turn out . The last house he did sold right away with everyone commenting on the beautiful floors. realtors have called and wanted to know who did the floors which I was proud to recommend his quality work. This last house he just did needed a lot of repair, missing floors,stains etc,I really can’t believe the floors could turn out perfect from the condition they were in . This is the second time I’ve hired Sam’s flooring to sand stain and finish hardwood floors in two houses. The first house I got estimates and was told by three professionals they would look terrible they were to damaged to sand. Sam’s florring came ,gave a great price sanded stained and polyurethaned the whole house. These are hard working guys that have all the right equipment to do a perfect job, even the realtor said the floors are what’s going to sell the house. They looked better than new when he was done.
