2 Stars Sam was very responsive when I first reached out and came out quickly to provide an estimate. That, along with his excellent online reviews, is why we hired him. Unfortunately, our experience did not match the five-star reviews. On the first day after the carpet was removed, I walked into my bathroom to find my marble floors covered in sticky carpet glue and debris embedded in the grout. Sam and his team did an amazing job restoring my 100+ year-old hardwood floors. What I thought would always look worn and damaged now looks almost brand new. One area of the floor had been damaged beyond repair and required a large section to be replaced. Because the original wood is no longer available, Sam took the time to develop a creative solution that turned the repair into a beautiful decorative feature rather than an obvious patch.
