Sam’s Garage Doors installed a new overhead door for my home in November 2024. They were quick to respond to a problem with the wiring for the sensors. The technician Javier came to fix the problem. Javier was fantastic to deal with. He was professional, courteous and provided excellent customer service while explaining the problem to me. The repairs were completed at no cost since the door was under warranty. It was so nice having someone like Javier to deal with. I highly recommend Sam’s Garage Doors. Tony Fiorda
Fantastic service and quick response
I had to call Sam’s in February as our garage door had been involved in “an accident”! The rep was extremely helpful and arranged for a technician to call 2 days later between 8 and 10 a.m.m. Tech guy rang at 8 a.m. from the top of my drive. Door was repaired by 9a.m. All works perfectly. The rep in the offfice had explained the cost for the technician and the parts plus extras if Other parts may be required so there were no surprises. I like that kind of service.
