I've been taking my Mercedes-Benz and Lexus to Sam's Auto Garage for all my repair and maintenance needs, and I couldn't be more impressed! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the care they give to my vehicles is top-notch. Been going here since 2021 for my BMW but finally had to admit to myself that this place just isn’t genuine. 1. They constantly miss basic things like alignment needed after certain parts are replaced - they rush and charge premium 2. Midas did a much better job by far when I compared 3. They are obsessed about money and it shows - one of the owners grabbed my cash straight out of my hand lol…and it wasn’t even a large bill, like a $20. This is where everyone should go, from maintenance to complex issues with their cars. This family establishment knows what they are doing and will take care of you for a reasonable cost. They are exquisite in sports cars as they cater to high end sports cars and your little run down Honda. They treat you well and I appreciate them. Absolutely recommend.
