We are getting our family room floors done by a professional and in an effort to save money, we picked up the flooring from Chicago Hardwood to save on delivery fees. The gentleman who helped us is SO nice! And he is knowledgeable and easy to work with. The store is very clean too! I was very impressed and thankful that our hardwood flooring specialist works with Chicago Hardwood flooring.
I called this morning- asked about a stain- then he hung up. Called back twice after that just to go to VM or pickup/hangup. Customer service is out the door!
I never use this products before ,we use from one new product and works really Good .
A wealth of knowledge on hardwoods. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond. Can't wait to see what my cabinets and floors look like when done.
