Would give 0 stars if i could. Just had a meeting today in Wilmington with a rep for an in home estimate. Started off normal, taking measurements, talking about product, normal things. We land on a product and he starts going off the price, its bit a high, we change product. We get to a price we all like and keeps saying he can price match, he can call his boss to lower the price. We are getting our family room floors done by a professional and in an effort to save money, we picked up the flooring from Chicago Hardwood to save on delivery fees. The gentleman who helped us is SO nice! And he is knowledgeable and easy to work with. The store is very clean too! I was very impressed and thankful that our hardwood flooring specialist works with Chicago Hardwood flooring.
I called this morning- asked about a stain- then he hung up. Called back twice after that just to go to VM or pickup/hangup. Customer service is out the door!
