Sam installed a complete 3 mound septic system for us. He was very pleasant and informative during the job, which lasted for several weeks. Whenever we had questions, or were worried about something, Sam explained the issues, and we were always reassured. The work that Sam performed was top quality, and the finished product looks very good. Our location, off road and up a narrow gravel drive, was not the easiest access, but Sam didn't complain. Sam was recommended by a friend. I called Sam and told him we had a septic issue. He came out for an inspection and went through the proper channels with the Frederick County Health Department for a perc. He worked directly with the HD on designing a new system with minimal impact to our property. He installed our system by himself and even got answers from the Frederick County Permit Office when they wouldn't return my emails or voicemails. Sam did an excellent job and stuck to the estimate.
