This has been the most horrible experience that I have ever had. I had an electric problem and I paid him 800.00 for repair. The power was out on one side of my room. He only switched the working side to the non working side and now I am without power again in my room. I have called and texted for over a month now he always text back with another bogus date and he has not shown up. I asked for a refund so I can get someone to fix my electric which he refuses to do. No Show on initial call , came out 2 days later arrived 2 hours late. Made adjustment that he was not asked to make and could not get him back out to reverse
I was charged $280.00 last week to get a Ring Doorbell installed. When the technician arrived, our power was out. He proceeded to put the doorbell in and told me to call him if I couldn't get it configured when the power came back on.. I called several times, the technician Bernard never came back.
