Paul is a stand up guy. Excellent customer service, fast, easy, and an overall amazing experience! Been here several times will definitely be back and highly recommend! Kate was super informative and will walk you through the ins and outs of the boat and answer all your questions. She knows her stuff! 10/10 thanks again!

We rented a ski boat and to be honest it was incredibly hammered, performed poorly, and the service was poor. We noted that the boat’s gas tank was not full when we left, but they tried to charge us at the end to fill full. It was a fight to get them to credit us. We’ve rented from Sam’s Dock for years… mostly the pontoon boats. I’d say to pass on Sam’s Dock for a ski boat and try to find someone else.

My entire family and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The check-in process was seamless, and the owner even went above and beyond by guiding me back to the marina when I got a bit lost on my way back. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience.
