If I could leave a negative review I would! The doctor is great, very kind and professional. His office on the other hand…..shady! Rude when you question them as well. In January of this year I needed a filling, a single filling. I was told right then and there that my insurance for sure does not cover fillings and I will need to pay $165 for the one filling. Horrible place wouldn’t call us to schedule an appointment because they didn’t have anything available when THEY ASSUMED we had time. Not transparent made us pay over $5,000 up front and don’t provide good service
I adore Dr Sam!!! Best dentist I've been to in the Central Valley. First impression was the front desk ladies they knew who I was and were ready for me, they were knowledgeable & friendly & didn't mind my questions. The girl that did my x-rays was awesome too & all the assistants, all so friendly, gentle, explained things well, & even checked in with me to let me know how things are moving. The only person that seemed that the positivity in that place didn't affect was the billing person, she had no patience for my questions... read more
