I booked an appointment at Sam's club Honolulu at 3:00 pm and I was there at 240 pm, take care of paper work and one hour and half no one called so I walked by and when they see my car still untouched and they said the work order is wrong and they need a new work order. I asked why no one called me so I can come and sign the new work order, no answer. The kid was impolite and I felt he is going to be aggressive in nature. Avoid this place, money is good but experience is worth it. Sales person name is Elijah
