Elisha (friendly big dude with beard) was very nice, I find him very friendly and made me very comfortable. He is also very patient. If I could tip him I would. 5 stars on him.
Had ordered tires through them last year which said it was available at store. After waiting 3 days I was told they were not available but were available to order which I proceeded to do. It took about another week or two for me to contact them and was told that the item had not been packed for order the week prior and would probably not be fulfilled. Unsatisfactory. Manager Dante does not know what's going on with tire orders and was not willing to try to find a solution.
They don't honor their specials. Ordered tires online and got notification it would be about two weeks for delivery to Sam's club Honolulu. After two weeks .no word. Called this location at least ten times and could not reach a human. Then went there stood in line for forty minutes only to find out they "could not" order those specific tires from their vendor. They gave me a refund but I wasted so much time waiting and calling. Not coming back here for tires.
What kind of tire shop won’t pull a plug and do a patch on a puncture that’s firmly within the realm of being repairable? Utterly ridiculous. Their policy is that even if they put all four tires on your car, if you plug the tire yourself to be able to get home, they won’t pull the plug and patch the tire. You have to put on a spare and drive right to them, or have your car towed. Such bullshit. My car doesn’t come from the factory with a spare tire, and towing costs more than putting a damn plug in for mobility. This is a ri... read more
