One star is too good to give such an AWFUL service. I ordered my tires online and the day before installation I received a call after-hours stating that only 3 of my tires arrived and that I would need to reschedule my appointment. After calling multiple times for 3 days and sitting on hold for 45+ minutes everyday, I was told there was nothing they could do to find when the third tire would arrive. I bought 4 tires from Sams Club and had them road balanced and installed in this location. I read all the bad reviews before, but I wanted to give them a try anyways. I am glad I did! These guys are really hard working and know what they are doing. They went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them.
Great service and reasonable price. I have memberships for Costco and Sam’s Club but I feel more welcome at Sam’s club.
I cannot get a hold of anyone at the tire & battery center at Sterling sam's club. DO NOT buy the $20 premium tire installation package and DO NOT buy and install your tires from here. It may look like a great value, but it is just a massive bait. You are just going to have your time wasted and stress levels increased to the max. I will provide my detailed story here.
