Had a fantastic experience installing 4 tires in my tesla. They went above and beyond with the service. I even forgot my tesla key card and they could have easily sent me back asking me to bring it. But they were so nice and let me drive the car into the bay, installed the tires and let me take the car out. The 2 guys that helped me were super nice!
Got a nail in my tire. The tire shop was unable to try and patch my Tesla tire because it has factory-installed noise-reducing foam, but they were kind enough to give it a look on a late Sunday evening when other shops were closed and air it up to help me make it home.
One star is too good to give such an AWFUL service. I ordered my tires online and the day before installation I received a call after-hours stating that only 3 of my tires arrived and that I would need to reschedule my appointment. After calling multiple times for 3 days and sitting on hold for 45+ minutes everyday, I was told there was nothing they could do to find when the third tire would arrive. I bought 4 tires from Sams Club and had them road balanced and installed in this location. I read all the bad reviews before, but I wanted to give them a try anyways. I am glad I did! These guys are really hard working and know what they are doing. They went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them.
Great service and reasonable price. I have memberships for Costco and Sam’s Club but I feel more welcome at Sam’s club.
