The online part of Sam’s tires deserves zero stars. The actual inside store part of Sam’s Club Tires is awesome. The employees are friendly, very helpful, and will make sure you are going to get what you need. I appreciated the manager of the tires helping me so much today and taking the time to figure out my problem and find exact what I needed
Battery service was excellent!
Ordered tires, got the email saying they arrived, called and made the appointment to have them installed, took off of work, drove an hour to get there and be told that the tires were not there. The worst part is that I wasn’t surprised. That’s the world we live in now. I went directly to customer service and canceled my membership.
Helpful and hard workers, when they have what you need it's great!
