If I could give this place of business a zero star, I would. The customer service is beyond poor. The call center overbooked my appointment and there is no communication between the tire shop and the call center to prevent this from continuing to happen. Out of frustration, I gave my business to Costco and got much better customer service and a better deal. Sam's Club loss, Costco's gain!! Yeah!!!!
So mad in the fact that if you don't have original rims they won't do your tires and I bought them online they do not mentioned and details or when you make the appointment this is really bad on there part will never go with them...
They are very personable and quick
