1 Star because I can't go lower. We came in looking to get a tire replaced on Thursday. The rudeness of the employee was unbelievable. Two and a half hours later, our car had been moved but the tire had not been done. We had to leave at that point. We come back the next day, and no one is at the counter. I guess this place doesn't need my business anymore!
I walked in and was desperate to get my battery installed for my car to work. Courtney from the Auto department was extremely helpful despite many appointments already set for the day. He made sure i drove out with my new battery installed. Thank you Courtney and staff!
