I walked in and was desperate to get my battery installed for my car to work. Courtney from the Auto department was extremely helpful despite many appointments already set for the day. He made sure i drove out with my new battery installed. Thank you Courtney and staff!
Bought 2 tires and asked to have them installed in front on my front wheel drive car. They put them on the back instead. Got a flat a little while later and found out they crossthreaded one of my lugs to the wheel stud. So the staff don't follow instructions and are incompetent at their jobs.
Followed my friend to drop her car off for new tires. I backed in to a space just to let her park but didn’t get it right in between the lines. Some jerk standing in the lot told me to move my truck into a spot before I even had a chance to put it into park. I informed him that my friend was just dropping off her car and we were leaving. He informed me that it still needed to be between the lines. I’ll also mention that there were several other spaces open and no cars were behind us to park.
