I need to take my car to a mechanic to remove some bolts/nugs screws that a young, inexperienced mechanic was unable to remove due to company policy???? They didn't want to change the tires. Took it to the my mechanic easily took it off no problem. So why sams club tire mechanic couldn't take it off.
The lady, Jen, at the front was helpful. I understand how frustrating it can be for a person up front to have to make excuses for the slow operations in the back. It took me nearly 2 hours to have my four tires changed.
