Customer Service is terrible. I went there several times for a tire rotation on my car with their tires. The persons who I have seen told me that no rotation needed as the tire tread was the same. I went to another location for rotation and they could not take off one of the wheel bolts because it had been place wrong and stripped the bolt. The only way to remove the tire was to break the bolt. So that happened and I am driving with one tire and a missing bolt/lug nut.
