Second time in 2 years that they have misthreaded the lug nut and needed to take it elsewhere because they can't fix their own mistake. I had to take it to another mechanic to fix to come back to get a refund. The manager in the tire center acted so put out even though I was put in that position to correct their mistake. Last week I had new tires installed and there was a slight error with the installation. Today I went back to get it taken care of and a tire technician named Anthony went above and beyond to fix the problem, all while being very professional. I appreciate them fitting me in to their schedule and solving the problem so quickly!

Wife went, it took them 4 hours to get battery checked and there was no other cars in the garage, then they told her my car needed $600 plus work. So helpful correct considering it's just a tire & battery place, they wanted to steamroll my wife. Never go here. My wife is kind, I am not. We won't be doing business there and they're lucky they have any business and hands to use at all.
