Flat tire after two days, I called the shop tire, and they said, "Come over, and we will check it for you. When I came, they said we couldn't check it today. Come tomorrow! They told me just put some air and you are good to drive over the highway
Amazing people and fast service. I ran by Sam's with a flat tire on my disabled mother's car at nearly closing time (and had just been rudely turned away at Firestone down the street). The guys at Sam's were closing up shop, but when I told them we needed the car to get her to the doctor the following morning, they welcomed me in and had me rolling in minutes and at NO charge for the tire repair. I'll definitely be back - good customer service is hard to find and I appreciate their kindness so very much.
Three and a half hours to replace one tire, never going here again
I've always got my tires replacement at Sams, Just thought it was convenient since I shop there often and can get my tires rotated for free. I tried walking in the other day to get my tires rotated and the mechanic told me I needed to call for an appointment. I get it if the mechanic was busy and working on cars. But here, 2 mechanic just stood at the front with no car in the garage to work on. I decided to grab a slice of pizza and sit down and see how busy they are to turn me away.
