Had a flat tire that needed repair. Not only did they not repair the tire or give me a new one, even though it was under warranty, they left the spare tire on, claimed it was a new tire, and put my busted tire back into the car. Had no idea, I'm disabled so can't check all tires comfortably, until I had a flat this past Wednesday. I had no idea I was driving around, and going on road trips, with the spare. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else, like Discount Tire.

I haven't had issues in the past but unfortunately when I went there I was told that I would be able to do a walk-in.
