Originally left a 1-star but changed. I came for an appointment and my tires still hadn’t been delivered so they made it right by giving me an upgrade at a steep discount. Impressed by their service!
Great prices for the tires, but poor service. Technicians were grumpy, only called once when my tires were done, and didn’t send a text.
No one will ever pick up there phone to help you. You are sent to a Sam's Club call center where they don't know how to help either.
It was quick and very respectful
I love the Sam's club Tire shop. It was honestly the main reason I bought a membership in the first place. I have gone there for new tires, many rotations, TPMS sensors, batteries, and probably more. I think they have the best prices, better quality. When you buy stuff from them they install the batteries for free, rotate the tires for free, fix flats for free, and they're just an awesome group.
