Requires phone call to schedule appointment for tire installation. The team installed 4 new tires in the time frame they committed to and aired up the spare for future use
We were traveling from Wyoming to Vegas and got a flat tire that we noticed getting ready to leave Provo for Vegas. We got there at 10am and were done by 11am. And there was a appointment ahead of us! THEY LITERALLY SAVED OUR VACATION! THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH AND FAST!!!! WE WILL BE FOREVER GRATEFUL THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX OUR FLAT TIRE FOR US! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!
Impossible to get a hold of. A few months ago called probably ten times and left a message and we eventually had to drive down in person. We were told by another staff that you just have to keep calling and hope they are up front at the desk 🙄 Today I called and got rerouted to the main number and then the call dropped. I had to call again and sat on hold for a long time. They are understaffed and need a phone that rings in the back. Or people at customer service need to be able to book appointments for them.
What impressed me the most was how attentive each employee was. They did talk down to me, they didn't keep trying to upsell me, they answered all my questions, and they even honored the sale pricing though my tires were not in stock the day I purchased them. Anyone who's read my previous posts knows I don't rend to give 5 stars. These employees deserve it!
