Staff is nice and helpful, knowledgable on battery needs. Customer Service is great! 5/5. One issue however, higher ups didn't have workers supplied with tools necessary for the automotive battery installation issues we had. A nut was fused on one of the terminals in our vehicle. Workers could try as they might with their strength, but the nut wouldn't move!
