Crap. Bad time estimates, rude when you’re not happy with their lies. Also I literally told the guy no about putting on my spare tire and he immediately did it anyway. It would’ve been fine til I got to a different shop not that it’s his business, but it’s the type of guys that think they know better than women working here.
Understaffed exacerbated because u can't check out your battery at checkout.
