Went Monday morning and told them I needed a new set of all weather tires and was set up for a next day appointment. When I arrived I was asked if I was called, told my tires wouldn’t arrive for another 3 days and would be called when they arrived. Still received no call by Friday, so I went in to check only to be told tires arrived but I was scheduled for Sunday. Guy named Landen who works there just ruins the whole experience. My boyfriend showed up at 8 am on Wednesday after calling the day before and confirming he could get his tires rotated if he showed up at that time. Landen was rude and told him he couldn’t help him. Made an appointment for today (Friday) and asked how it works because he got turned down and it turns out that Landen is just lazy and rude. Guys today were absolutely great. Am sure I will have a great experience as long as this outlier isn’t there.
