Headed in for my appointment today, and even tho it took a little longer than I was expecting the customer service was awesome. Dee (I think was the woman who helped me at the desk) was fantastic and even helped me with my son while I was waiting. Raj (who I believe is the manager) greeted me & made sure he came and spoke before I left with my car. Good ppl decent price
DO NOT RECOMMEND. Went through the website to order new tires based off of their website’s search function asking me my make and model etc. Show up to my appointment, dropped off my car. After walking around for 1.5 hours, was called and said I ordered the wrong size (even though I used their search function correctly). They only found out AFTER taking off all of my wheels, instead of double checking that all the info was correct and the right tires on hand. Made appointment for tire mount and balance. Dropped off car. Hour later got a call saying they don't do that unless you buy the tires at Sam's. Was clearly communicated when I made the appointment.
Wasted trip. Battery special does not apply to the one I needed despite circular wording.
