Got back to my 4Runner after getting my tires rotated and balanced and noticed a big scratch on my door. Realized it lined up perfectly with the cart return they parked it next to. Went back in and asked about it… tech said “yeah I did that… I didn’t know it left a scratch.” Won’t be back here!!

I love Sam's tire and battery. The prices of tires and battery is reasonable plus the African American girl there she's cool, funny and always kidding with my husband about them Saints. She loves them, he dislike them. So it's great to shop for tires and at the same time the employee entertains the customer. now, that's a store relationship.
