Mark really took care of me today and so did Heber (I think that's how you spell his name). Both were kind, knowledgeable and got me back on the road in no time. I had to get all new tires and Mark took his time talking to me about all of my options and with Goodyear's deal I saved some money. 10/10 recommend these guys. I really appreciate the great customer service, they both turned a bummer of a situation into a great experience. Thank you guys so much!!
It was very convenient to have my Jeep's lugnuts re-torqued and the tire pressure checked on this 1k mile interval. If I had purchased my tires at a tire shop I would have sat in the waiting room twiddling my thumbs. At Sam's club I did my shopping and my Jeep was ready just before checking out, no time wasted.
Great deals on amazing tires if you have the patience to do your research. Have given patronage to Sam's Grand Junction Tire on many occasions over many years. One time the technician accidentally stripped a lug stem bad enough it had to be replaced. Sam's paid for another shop to do that after the new tires were on and balanced. I have to share my absolutely exceptional experience at the Sam's Club Tire and Battery Center. My son was about to head off to flight school, and a sudden, unexpected tire issue put us in a very difficult spot. Keara went above and beyond, not only a life saver but the customer service was exceptional! We were traveling on Interstate 70 when our tire went flat. I showed up to Sam's Club with 30 minutes to spare before the tire center closed. I figured best case I could drop the tire off and they could get to it the following day. Keara said they would get right to it and see if it was repairable. Unfortunately, the tire was beyond repair from the object we must have hit in the road.
