Horrible customer service! You can stand in line for 30 minutes waiting to be assisted at the membership desk only to have the clerk behind the counter walk off in the middle of helping people because his shift has ended and it's time for him to go home. Unreal.
Can count on them. They have many items which are usually at better price than most discount stores. On some products, most usually paper goods and pet food, their prices are higher than WalMart or other comparable stores.
