The tire tech was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous

I was informed that the lug nuts on my truck were swollen and the couldn't use the suggested 21 mm socket on them, so they couldn't work on my truck. Looking at the other reviews I think the only reason they didn't get rude after I called them idiots is because I was a lot bigger than both of them. I just seemed like a sorry experience all together.
