No one attending the walk-up desk. The scan/check-in app was down. I asked a store associate for assistance who went to the back and notify them we were waiting for assistance and I was told they're in the back Boosie and he walked away. Minutes later I walked behind the counter and tap on the glass to get someone's attention, and they took their time shuffling to the counter. HUGE WASTE OF TIME. Don't assume they can install the tires you buy from them. They didn't have the right "tool" to do the scheduled job. This is after I had someone drive 30 min to pick me up.
Great place. Bought new tires there recently. Includes rotation as needed.
