Poor service
Don’t know how to properly balance new tires and then when you try to come in to get it fixed the appointment time changes and they are fully booked, of course no confirmation is sent to you so you don’t have that to come back with. Not worth the time or the money you save with the lack of quality, service, and time lost in the end.
I had low expectations for this tire center because of all the reviews, but I had a good experience! My Tire Pressure sensor needed replacement. Toyota dealer was going to charge me $100 for diagnostic and $300 for each tire sensor replacement, the job would take 2-3 hrs they said. So total would've been over $1000. Sam's Club tire center preferred appointments which is made in person but they can get you in the same day. Never buy tires from Sam's club. "Free rotation and balance," but they started half an hour late then take 45-60m to do a 15-30m job. Employees complained about being short staffed. After waiting over 90m and literally speaking with a manager, they said it's done. I got the keys and checked the car: they didn't even rotate my tires. One of my wheels is marked very clearly, and it was in the same position on the car after "rotating" the tires. Free rotations are worthless if they don't actually rotate the tires.
