I scheduled a 4:00 PM tire installation and was told it would take about 1 hour, or at most 1.5 hours. I came back after an hour, only to find my car still sitting outside — they hadn’t even started working on it. Then I was told it would take at least another hour. This is extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time. If they were running behind, they should have communicated that upfront instead of giving unrealistic timelines. Very disappointing experience.
We set an appointment to go in and get our tires bounced and rotated. We arrived 10 minutes early and dropped off our vehicle and I noticed it was only two cars in the bay. My wife and I literally walked around Sam’s Club for an hour and 10 minutes and never heard back from the auto shop. I walked over to find out that they hadn’t even touched our vehicle yet cause he said he was backlogged, although there was still only two cars in the bay. Two hours for a tire rotation as this old technician didn't know how to balance. He would just spend his time talking and goofing off. I finally had to tell a manager to get it done. If I did not call a manager, it would be another few hours just for a rotation. They are the worst.
I was apprehensive to purchase and install tires here based on the reviews. I decided to take a chance. I ordered two tires on Thursday, they arrived on Saturday, and they were able to schedule the installation for Sunday. I was told it would take an hour. When I arrived I asked the time frame and wait. I was told it would only take 30 minutes for two tires.
