I have been a member of Sam's Club since 1988 and have consistently valued the services provided, especially over the past two decades. I have been using Sam's Club for years for my Tire Rotation and balances( I bought my tires from Sam’s Club). I have never had issues at other clubs but I brought my truck to the Sams Club on Forrest Drive for a routine rotation and balance. They told me that they could not do it because my tires were “bubbling”. I always take care of my tires and looked at them after and knew right away this was the case. I needed to replace all four tires on my vehicle, which I had purchased from Sam's Club. Since the tires had worn out quickly and came with an 80,000-mile warranty, I hoped to have them prorated. When I visited the store, the supervisor, Mr. Aaron, assured me that I could return the following Monday, and he would handle it. Michel and his team were excellent. I had to get all my tires replaced. I was a walk-in so I did have to wait a bit but I just walked around the store. Once they were able to get to my car they were fairly quick.
Why even have phone numbers listed… go through the prompts to pick any department and none answer… call cooperate and get hung up on by 2 people…. 🙄 wish I could have put zero stars…
