As others have expressed, sometimes at any Sam's Tire & Battery location, the customer service can be hit or miss. But yesterday, when I found myself stranded at the gas pump, I am beyond grateful Dawit was working that day. As I approached him in the garage, he greeted me with a big smile. Then he immediately grabbed his tools and came over to assist. He tried everything to get the battery to work, but after many failed attempts, he went ahead and installed a new battery. Poor experience and customer service. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance and they didn’t start on my vehicle until a hour later. Then, they refused to work on my vehicle since the lug nuts were on “too tight” and they didn’t want to be held responsible if they broke. They told me to go to another mechanic to have them loosened (crazy because aren’t they mechanics?) and come back. By the time I left, I was missing a lug nut(no they didn’t replace it) and they had odd markings on them. Discount Tire fixed this issue ... read more
You can rarely get someone on the phone. When you do, they have an attitude and it is hard to get your questions addressed. The line in store is always long and slow. Do better Sam Walton Co! I've resulted to going to stand alone service stores for my batteries and tires.
Guys battery replacement is free, just jump starter your car and bring it there , they replacement the battery. I didn't know, I took my battery there and got a new one brought it home and so and so ... I could just take my car there
