They change the hours, and people are rude that works there. This isn’t the same Sam’s Club that opened in Cookeville. Go back to the way things was. Won’t be renewing our membership, and been a member sense 2005 They went back to asking for membership at door again, why? You can’t buy without one. The girl asking has a attitude and needs to think of a different job!! Not good with the public
I recommed it but i think its stupid having to show card to get something from the lobby to eat
To get out the door after you paid for your items is taking way too long. It is terrible for a company to treat you like a criminal when you get ready to leave. The new system they are using obviously is not working but it seems they could care less. Terrible management decision.
Love shopping here and saving money. I don’t buy the bulk quantity things, rather seasonal items and specialty items.
