Recommendedwe went to Sam's today and even with all the crazy in the world I have to give a shout-out to the management and employees. they were all still friendly and accommodating. we are at this store every other weekend and most of the time they are friendly and get what we need. we shop for a business and buy large quantities at a time and sometimes need employees to get us items.

Stopped today to check out the meat counter. Entered with at the same time as another shopper and we were asked for our membership cards. She produced hers and I replied "I don't have a membership". I was promptly told, "She can go in. You can't." There was no "let me help you with that" or "you can look, but you have to purchase a membership to purchase" or "customer service would be glad to assist you". Just "you can't go in". It's o.k. Auto Dept is the worst. Stopped in for a tire repair was told it would be 2 hrs to get to it, come back after 2 hours hadn't even touched it, waited for another hour and still not done..and they weren't even busy!
We lost some gift cards in the parking lot. To my surprise an employee that works outside found the cards and took them to customer service. Sam's Club THANKYOU so much for the return of the gift cards.
Sam's Club in Grand Island management team is a joke. Anytime I am in the store, they stand around and talk and never ask customers for help. I had an employee that I witnessed being chastised by a manager for not talking to a customer and the manager did the same thing. Great job not setting the example, for your employees.
