don't offer grocery pick-up if you cannot honor the pick up time. It's a huge pain to drive out to pick up groceries when your kids haven't had dinner to be told they are behind and you have to wait for your groceries that were supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago.

I bought an 18 count pack of sugar cookies over the weekend. I was eating one that was left over and bit into something hard and stiff, pull it apart and it’s a PIECE OF CARDBOARD. There was a piece of cardboard in the cookie about an inch in size. I’m absolutely disgusted. God only knows what was in the other cookies that were eaten. Safe to say I will NOT buy anymore bakery goods from Sam’s. Pictures attached are after biting into it and after I removed it. 😐🙁

A little disorganized but they have decent deals that I go for. The employees are typical like anywhere, some great, some too lazy to scratch their own butt. I just move on to the next one when I need help!
When you buy tires here, you better check that your hubcaps are securely attached. The bottom line is... they really don't care once you drive away. So why do I pay for this membership?
