Very much prefer to shop here than Costco cause there's half the crowd. But they have a great selection of items that saves us a lot of money.
The receiving department is racist, slow, and has very poor customer service when it comes to helping truck drivers deliver products to this store!
My husband and I went last Sunday to the optical dept. and the girl there was VERY knowledgeable and easily answered our questions. She was helpful and directed us to the right frames for his prescription. The selection was not huge but a variety of styles. She also gave us info on a doctor for the eye exam. After his exam we will be going back to get frames at a fraction of the cost compared to other eyeglass companies.
