Love shopping at Sam’s Club. They have a wide range of products for their customers. I make several trips during the year.
Extremely poor customer service. Then when trying to get help from manager, Jesse, he was extremely rude.
I've been a customer at the Columbus SAM's Club for years now. Since they have been bought out by WalMart, service HAS gone down somewhat. They have also stopped carrying name brands I've been purchasing for years. But, all in all, I do enjoy stopping there. The staff is friendly and helpful. On the positive side, the brands they stopped carrying I have been able to purchase on Amazon.
Paid $10.48 for a bag of large oranges! They looked great in appearance, huge and beautiful color and shape. Taste on the other hand is lacking rather bland and dry. Really disappointing.
