Today was the first time I tried curbside pickup. I parked under a tree, let them know what number spot I was in. Had to wait only a few minutes and my order was brought out and placed in my car. The delivery lady was so nice and apologized! for the wait. Just want to give a thumbs up to these dedicated workers and let them know how much I appreciate them.
Shoutout to the bakery department on Alpine. My husband went in for groceries and wasn't able to get an apple pie because they were hot out of the oven. He proceded to shop and when he got to the checkout, the gal from the bakery brought him a giant apple pie. The only way she had to identify him was his peace sign mask so we were impressed and the family was pleased to get their pie. Five Stars for customer service!!

Went in without an appointment. Was greeted by Alicia and got in right away with Dr Black. Thorough informative and helpful. The staff was extremely patient and friendly with waiting to straighten out my insurance needs. Extra shout out to Alicia who went above and beyond!! Keep this staff-they are amazing!!! Came in for a tv walked out with TV contacts and glasses for me and my husband. Great job!
I recommend Sam’s on Alpine but today Riley in Customer Service must be having a bad day. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. A smile and eye contact go a long way!
Honor the free tire rotation service. I have purchased my last three sets of tires from Sam's on Alpine. I went in for rotation and was given attitude and lied to about the time it could be done. I talked to a team leader and all she said was that she would talk to "them" about that. The team leader didn't help at all. I still don't have my rotation and it looks like I will need to go somewhere else and pay. Not happy paying the big bucks for membership, re-thinking that.
Friendly people. Everything is clean. Decent prices.
