Never change ……They advertise that they provide a 50,000-60,000 mile warranty after tire replacement, but when a problem occurs, they make excuses. I replaced 4 new tires with Michelin tires, and within a year, I had 2 punctures (they blew out while traveling) and replaced them with new tires. I drove 20,000 miles on the 2 tires. I went twice to ask if I could get warranty service because my tires were worn out, but they refused with various excuses. After ordering tires online, I missed the tire arrival call once, so I personally called the tire center to make a reservation. After 10 days later, I went to the appointment, and they said they couldn't install because their equipment wasn't right. For notifying in advance, they said they do not have to tell me again after calling once. Very unprofessional customer care.
