I was standing 40 min to get in. The prices for fruits were double. I was wearing scrubs coming straight from work and nobody even bothered to help me. I was asked by three different associates to show my card.
Fill orders on time or at least notify a person that it won't be filled. After waiting last night, i decided to call only to be told that they had no idea when my order would be ready. I picked it myself, canceled it in the club, and yet they still picked it and notified me at 7 am today that my order that was to be picked up last night between 7 and 8 was ready.
Did in club pickup they forgot 3 items. I have spent 8 hours calling and no one answers phone. spent 1 hour online with chat to get no help.
Just left the Sam’s club in Erie, PA. Shocked and disgusted is an understatement. Not one person was cleaning anything. I was at self check out. Thankfully I brought my own wipes because NOT one person was wiping anything down. There were 4 employees within 20 feet just chatting and talking. This as a company should be a priority. However I can tell yours does NOT care! Why a joke. I will NOT return to your store and my corporate memberships are gonna be cancelled. What a joke of a company!!!
Right now you could start by not letting families in with a bunch of adults and kids! I passed a family today with 4 adults and teenagers and babies! When you are only letting a certain number in at one time this is totally selfish!
Saturday April 5th was to have been open shopping for healthcare workers 7 sm-9 am at Sam's as documented on the site. Erie, PA location were at the doors to turn away healthcare workers at 7 and told us to return during usual hours. sad.
