Called in the morning because they had a product on sale. Offered to pay or send someone immediately. Was told no problem pick up when you get off work. Drove an hour in traffic only to find an employee bought the product pulled for me with my name on it. Get this 15 minutes before i arrived Manager on duty basically told me to go f*** myself. Here is a $20 gift certificate. Piss poor customer service.
RecommendedI have shopped at Sam’s and loved it for years. I tried the pick up service yesterday only to get home without my whole order. Ryan was very friendly when he delivered the groceries to the car, but he is still in training and made a simple mistake by overlooking a box of items for my order. Cathy Redeemer in the pick up department went above and beyond to fix that problem for me today. I’ve always enjoyed the friendly associates at Sam’s.
