Renewed my membership Oct -Nov and now it's expired!!! Seriously
Tire purchase and installation wait was a whole two hours and fifteen minutes. The service men never bothered calling me to let me know car was ready. I asked for old tires and was told they were already locked up and no effort was made to get them. Not always this bad; I'll take it as an off day for them.
Every time I go to Sam's club I enjoy looking around and watching everything they have and so far haven't had a problem yet.
