It's awesome the food is great people are nice I really like it
overall is OK. But the lines for hot dogs, pizza is horrible. The way it was deigned is not practical and not functional. Needed more cashiers to work at the food station to get rid of the line.
My experience at Sam's is always a blessing haven't had any issues thus far customer service is great and the store always meets my needs I have been a customer for about 11 yrs now

Purchased a new membership card. The girl that helped me bump me up to higher membership and still kept the price at $45. And also gave me $20 gift card. It was the best day ever. Thank You Sam's club El Monte your the best. Can't wait to use my membership more often!!
