Well, I have a great attitude. I am friendly and pleasant. I feel that you get back what u put out there. I was greeted pleasantly, offered a cart, given a cupcake, and found everything I needed. They have great prices, a great variety of items, and great samples. I think Sam's is better for me and my household. Their quantities are smaller therefore I feel I save money. The gas is a great price. Overall, my experience was great. Thank you Long Beach store! Keep up the good work.

Just called to verify if they had an item still in stock. Phone was ringing for 5 minutes. Finally answered and was put on hold for 10 minutes and had my dad call at the same time. Someone answered his call, put him on hold to check the item and transferred him to a manager. I was still on hold with no answer. Finally after almost 20 minutes the person picks up and hangs up on me. Terrible customer service.

We stopped by to see what selection you had in the cardboard gift cards but not a good choice of them. We walked around a bit but the store was not very inviting not friendly staff at all. And the restroom ladies was very dirty, I stopped a staff member and if looks could kill I would be dead. We left and went to the Placentia store
