FYI, THIS LOCATION ALLOWED A THIEF TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT IN MY NAME. I WAS A VICTIM OF IDENTITY THEFT LAST YEAR AND THIS WAS ONE OF THE PLACES IN WHICH A THIEF WAS ABLE TO ACT AS ME. I JUST GOT THE RENEWAL IN THE MAIL. I CALLED THEM AND THEY REFUSE TO TELL ME WHAT FORM OF IDENTIFICATION WAS USED. I DONT EVEN LIVE IN THIS AREA!
A couple years ago our church was doing an emergency preparedness fair for the community and we asked Sam's Club for a donation. They couldn't help us at the time because they helped so many other people but I just got a phone call that they would like to donate this year. We aren't doing one this year but we are very grateful for the offer. I love that they are willing to help the community. Thanks for being so great!
I have been shopping at the Sams in Citrus Heights CA for years. I don't know what's going on but I have bought spoiled milk, moldy peppers and rotten nectarines. The store obviously has a cooling problem. I asked about it tonight and the customer service girl shrugged her shoulders and said yeah it's been happening sorry! No offer to replace items. Nothing!!! Sounds to me that this store needs a visit from the health department?????
My first time There and it was pretty cool. I will definitely be back again!
